I was looking on ebay for a photoshopping program and found this.
THey said they used it for a year and love it but are selling it cause they are going to get a mac one.
So what i want to know is…..is this an actual Photoshopping program? or just a tutorial or something?!
becuaser its only 1 cent 
and if its an actual photoshopping program i would buy it.
